House rules

1. NO SMOKING – Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the property and within 25 feet of all entrances.
2. NO PETS – We love animals, but to maintain a clean, allergen-free environment for all guests, we cannot accommodate pets.
3. CLEAN & TIDY – Please treat our home with care and leave it as you found it.
4. NO PARTIES – Any gatherings beyond the number of registered guests are not permitted.
5. NO STREET PARKING – Please use only the designated driveway/garage parking spaces provided with your rental.
6. QUIET HOURS – Between the hours of 10pm and 7am.

Hot tub how-to guide

Before use:

• Remove any snow from the hot tub cover before opening
• Push the cover up and lock it securely in place using the attached mechanism
• Check that the water is clear and the temperature is set to 94°F (adjust if desired, max 104°F)
• Feel free to plug in the string lights for ambiance
• Shower before entering to keep the water clean
• Limit soak time to 15-20 minutes, especially in higher temperatures
• Never use the hot tub alone or while under the influence of alcohol

After use:

• Unlock and lower the cover back down, ensuring it's securely closed to maintain temperature
• Return the temperature setting to 94°F if you adjusted it
• Turn off string lights and ensure all jets and controls are off
• Rinse off any towels used and hang them to dry
• Please do not add any products, oils, or bath bombs to the water
• Report any issues or concerns to us immediately so we can address them

• Private community beach – The property is located steps to the private community beach. Walk across the street towards the culdesac and follow the gravel path to the water.
• Tamarack Resort – Tamarack Resort in Idaho is a premier all season ski resort offering skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, fine dining and modern lodging.
• McCall – Located on the shores of Payette Lake, enjoy immediate access to the mountains, lakes, rivers, and recreational opportunities. The quaint downtown offers boutique shopping, and an abundance of restaurants.
• Gold Fork hot springs – The mineral-rich waters, hydrotherapy jets, and hot and cold pools are the perfect ending to any day.
• Jug Mountain Ranch – Golf course with a clubhouse restaurant and trails for mountain biking, hiking, and snowshoeing.

Check-out before 11am

• Set the hot tub temperature to 94°F and ensure the cover is placed back on
• Turn off all lights
• Make sure all the windows are shut and blinds closed
• Put all the dishes in the dishwasher and start
• Take out the trash - Trash day is Thursday! Please place the provided bins on the street if you are checking out of the house on Thursday.
• Gather used towels and place them in the bathroom
• Please do not strip the beds
• Please do not put linens or towels in the washing machine
